DUBIC is an initiative supported by the Dutch Government, dedicated to rebuilding Ukraine’s soft fruit sector into a globally leading and future-resilient industry. Berries are symbols of health and vitality, and from Ukraine’s fertile soils some of the finest berries in Europe are grown, cultivated by strong and resilient people with warm and proud hearts committed to Europe’s shared future.
Under the DUBIC banner, soft fruit is produced regeneratively in accordance with the PEFCR framework and aligned with the European Farm-to-Fork strategy, placing participating growers among the pioneers in Europe. Together with motivated Ukrainian growers, both experienced and new, and Dutch value-chain partners, DUBIC is a journey of learning, renewal, and improvement, guided by a deep respect for nature and a shared love for berries as they were once given to us in their purest form.
